Maha Pura Studio offers a variety of Drop-In Classes and Specialty Sessions.
You can enjoy a Drop-In Class anytime with a pass (or pay $15 for a one-time drop-in) there is no need to pre-register or call ahead - just show up!

Tuesday 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM All-Levels Restorative Yoga with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Drop-In
Wednesday 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM All-Levels Strengthen and Lengthen Drop-In
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM All-Levels Evening Hatha Yoga Flow Drop-In
Thursday 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM All-Levels Restorative Yoga Drop-In
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM All-Levels Restorative Yoga with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Drop-In
Sunday 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM All-Levels Guided Meditation Drop-In
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM All-Levels Restorative Yoga Drop-In
Friday : 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Beginner Drop-In. Friday Drop-Ins are $18 each or you can buy a special 6-class Friday pass.

Panic Attack and Anxiety Relief – next session starts September 16th, 2024 - Mondays 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm. 6 weeks for $99 + HST. We will skip over October 14th (Thanksgiving) so this session will go until October 28th. Taught by Carolyn. (space available - register now)

Continuing Aerial Yoga - next session starts Tuesday September 17th, 2024 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. 6 weeks for $129 + HST. Taught by Alex Harrington.

Intro to Aerial Yoga Session - next session starts Tuesday September 17th, 2024 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm. 6 weeks for $129 + HST. Taught by Alex Harrington. (FULL)

Beginner Yoga with Carolyn - Next session starts Wednesday September 11th, 2024 6:15pm to 7:15pm for 6 weeks for only $99 + hst. (space available - register now)

Prenatal Yoga with Carolyn - The next session starts September 12th, 2024 and will run on Thursdays 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm for 6 weeks. $99 + HST. (space available - register now)

Beginner Yoga with Christina - Fridays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. This class is now a drop-in class with a special pass of its own.
