Strengthen & Lengthen – All-Levels Drop-In Classes
In these guided classes, you’ll safely strengthen and lengthen the body, calm the mind, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. Each session includes options to modify postures to suit your energy and ability in the moment—relaxing or more challenging, the choice is yours.
The environment is welcoming, supportive, and non-competitive.
Style:
I draw from a rich background of classical Hatha and flowing Vinyasa traditions, influenced by many teachers and never bound to a single style. No two classes are ever the same—each one responds to the present moment.
What to Bring:
We have everything you need: mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets. Most students like to bring their own mat, and a water bottle is a great idea. Wear comfy clothing that lets you move freely, and try not to eat a large meal within two hours of class.
Restorative Classes
Slow down, soften, and release. Our Restorative Classes are a peaceful practice that helps unwind deep tension using supportive props, long-held postures, and gentle guidance.
🧘♀️ Class Times:
Sundays at 10:00 AM (arrive at 9:30 AM for a free 30-minute meditation beforehand for the full experience)
Thursdays at 9:30 AM
Thursdays at 7:30 PM (includes a soothing crystal bowl sound bath)
On Thursdays, you’ll be immersed in the healing harmonies of 7 crystal singing bowls—a sound journey to enhance your relaxation.
All props are provided for your comfort. Just come ready to relax, restore, and rejuvenate with poses designed to gently release all the tight areas of the body. You’ll love it!
Yin Yang Yoga
🧘♀️ Class Times:
Tuesdays at 7:30 PM
A balanced yoga practice that combines two contrasting styles: Yin Yoga, a slow, passive practice focusing on long-held poses, and Yang Yoga, a more dynamic, active Vinyasa practice that warms the body, builds muscle strength and stamina.
The class begins with gentle warm-ups that melt tension, followed by flowing sequences and active movements (Yang) to warm the body and build heat, then transitions into longer, stiller poses (Yin), creating a complete and balanced experience for the mind and body.
✨ No experience needed—just show up ready to move, breathe deeply, and feel great.
