All-Levels Drop-In Classes & Passes

Drop-In and Enjoy An All-Levels Class Anytime!

Pay as you go or buy an economical 5, 10 or 20 class pass

In the all-levels drop-in classes, you will be safely guided through a class designed to lengthen and strengthen your body, relax your mind and rejuvenate your spirit.
I will show modifications of poses from their relaxing version to their more challenging version.  You will come into the version of the pose suitable to you in that moment.  The atmosphere is completely non-competitive.

Style: I have trained with a wide variety of masters and do not adhere to any particular style.  You can expect some classical hatha with vinyasa flow.  I have never taught the exact same class twice.
 

What to bring:  The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.  You are welcome to bring your own mat (most students do) and you might enjoy having a water bottle.  Wear comfortable clothing which does not restrict your movement and avoid a meal 2 hours prior to class.

On Tuesday and Thursday evenings you can also enjoy a crystal bowl sound bath during parts of the class.

I have 7 beautiful crystal singing bowls that create a symphony of sound and harmonies.

The Sunday Restorative class is just after the free half hour meditation class. For the best experience on Sundays come at 9:30 AM and enjoy both!
