Carolyn Weatherson has been blessed to teach prenatal yoga for over 25 years and is a fully certified E-RYT 500 master instructor (the highest level bestowed by the International Yoga Alliance)
You will be safely guided through a class designed to keep you feeling healthy while preparing your body and mind for birth and beyond.
