No pre-registration is required for the drop-ins, you are welcome to just show up a few minutes before class.
Pre-registration is required for the specialty sessions (beginner, aerial, pre-natal, anxiety-relief )
masks are welcome but not mandatory

We will continue to offer mats, bolsters, blocks and bridges which will be disinfected after each use.
What you will need to do in order to attend a class:
Only come to class if you are feeling healthy and free of symptoms such as; a sore throat, fever, cough, headache, shortness of breath.
Place your mat on one of the areas outlined on the floor to ensure a safe distance from others
Avoid the studio until you’ve tested negative if you’ve traveled.
Cough into your elbow.
Settle in for a 20-minute, guided meditation to start your new year off in a positive way. Instead of a resolution, you'll pick one positive quality that you’d like to enhance and that will become your theme for the year. If you focus on that quality, it will naturally become a larger part of your nature.
