How it works: Exceptional multistyle teacher training. Get your Level I (50hr YTT), Level II (100hr YTT), Level III Advanced Teacher Training (200hr YTT) or Elite Level IV (500hr YTT). Choose the weekends (or retreats) that fit your schedule!
2 Weekends
Prerequisite: at least 50 hours of personal practice and basic knowledge of the muscular and skeletal system. I highly recommend Volume I The Key Muscles of Hatha Yoga by Dr. Ray Long. Enjoy this course as your first step toward becoming a teacher or as a workshop to deepen your practice.
Course includes a comprehensive 235 page full-color manual
Manual includes: Yoga History, Basic Philosophy, Physical Benefits of Yoga, Safely Dealing with Common Physical Limitations, Anatomy, Intro to Sequencing and Choreography, Intro to Meditation, Intro to Pranayama and over 100 Asanas suitable for Beginner to Intermediate students with many variations and detailed descriptions.
Choose any of the following dates (remember it's just 2 weekends for Level I)
From 9:00 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 9:15 am to 5 pm on Sunday

Cost = $250 + $32.50 HST per weekend (that's $565 total with tax)
